Grading System
A 1Pointe technology audit will provide the customer with grades on infrastructure security, speed, licensing, reliability, manageability, policy, process and standardization. Grades are assigned as follows:

• A - Perfect
• B - Room to improve but acceptable
• C - Areas of Concern
• D - Affecting the organization negatively
• F - Causing severe damage to the organization
