1Pointe believes that our customers should always know is going on with their IT environment, and that they should be able to check in "on demand". For this reason, 1Pointe gives our customers the ability to login to see up to the minute status reports, network health snapshots, update topology reports, licensing, serial numbers, and accounting information such as invoices and RMAs. All customers receive weekly reports drafted by a technical manager in addition to automated reports generated from our task automation applications.
