All 1Pointe services and products have assigned tasks to ensure work is performed properly and on time. 1Pointe has invested tens of thousands of dollars and hundreds of man-hours developing an in-house application that pushes tasks associated with purchased services directly to assigned technicians. Reporting items are generated when work is completed, and management is notified if work is not completed on time. Our task optimization application is equipped with multiple alerting formats, can work in a multi-support environment, and communicates with applications like Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003, and MS Project 2007.
