New Client Process Flow.
Each new 1Pointe customer goes through a 1Pointe process designed to better understand the existing IT policy and process of the customer. From this audit, 1Pointe can show the customer security breaches, potential system improvements, and come to an agreement on establishing an IT policy most advantageous to the customer.
Because 1Pointe manages multiple IT environments, we have a strong understanding of what works. We have also seen a lot of poor process and policy, and know what to avoid.
