History

1Pointe was founded in May 2005 by John Robb. John graduated from the University of Oregon in 1996 and has been working in the technology field for over 10 years. John worked in business development for Metro Information Services / Silicon Valley providing outsourced IT services and consulting. This experience allowed John to acquire a fundamental understanding of IT process and policy, hardware and software selection, licensing and contracts, asset management, technology implementation, and customer service.

1Pointe's goal from day one has been to bring simplified technology solutions to the small business sector in a more efficient, cost effective manner. Utilizing remote technologies, network monitoring and task automation applications, sharing knowledge bases, and personalizing services are all fundamental aspects of 1Pointe's proactive approach to technology implementation and management.
